The youth are the core of our problem fixer, or should we say our "Fhilosophy". To see first hand how the confidence of these young people decline, it potentially shows there's no hope for the future. Young people are lacking the knowledge of business ownership, let alone the art of just having fun. Most young people are becoming less and less interested in the success of their education, let alone understand how a degree can secure a productive future. Many of our youths are becoming more and more involved with crime at such an early age, at least 90% of that group possess some sort of sports or entertaining talent. Fhilosophy Inc is reviving the art of progress and success within our youths reaching as much young people as we can with our Fhilosophy.

There is a growing need for programs executed by certified leaders and distributed across the communities with a strong infrastructure. Fhilosophy Inc will take the role of helping to implement these strong infrastructures within as many communities as we can. The goal is to reach as many youths and small business owners within these communities. Fhilosophy Inc is committed to but is not limited to all underserved individuals in the need of help and direction. The programs and events we have been creating and will continue to create is a proven concept in turning individuals ``failure into success".

To address these issues currently, we propose more events, programs and activities in the form of sports and entertainment that would aim to more productive young people and help the small business community.
